DAY 1: BANGKOK ARRIVAL (MEALS: NO)
Upon your arrival at Suvarnabhumi airport, our driver and guide pick you up and take you back to your hotel for check-in. You stay overnight at the hotel in Bangkok.
DAY 2: BANGKOK CITY TOUR (MEALS: B)
You enjoy breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, our driver and guide will pick you up and go to visit famous temples in the city including:
Wat Traimit: a temple with giant golden Buddha statues and the famous Reclining Buddha in Wat Po. You will learn a lot of interesting information about Buddhism in Thailand.
In the afternoon, you continue to visit other attractive destinations such as:
Royal Palace: a historical work that crystallizes the quintessence of culture, belief and religion of the beautiful “Golden Temple land”.
Temple of the Emerald Buddha (also known as Wat Phra Kaew): the most important Buddhist temple in Thailand located in the historical center of Bangkok.
Next, you visit the banks of the Chao Phraya River on a traditional long-tail boat. You spend a few hours enjoying the ancient canals on the Thonburi side of Bangkok. Next, you visit Wat Arun – which is known as the Temple of Dawn – one of the oldest temples in Bangkok that attracts many tourists to visit.
You return to the hotel to rest. You stay overnight at a hotel in Bangkok.
DAY 3: BANGKOK – AYUTTHAYA – BANGKOK (MEALS: B)
You enjoy breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, you go to visit Ayutthaya. You experience sightseeing by tuk tuk to the ancient temples in the Wat Phra Sri Sanphet park
Then you visit Wat Phra Mahathat, Wat Mongkhon Bophit and Wat Ratburana. These are beautiful temples that attract many tourists to visit.
Next, you stop at Wat Yai Chaimongkhol – one of the large reclining Buddhas and the ruins of the great Royal Palace & Temple. Then, you visit Bang Pa In Palace – a famous palace on an island on the river built by King Prasat Thong as a shelter.
After finishing the tour, you return to the hotel to rest. You stay overnight in Bangkok.
DAY 4: BANGKOK – CHIANG MAI CITY (MEALS: B)
You enjoy breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, you will depart for the airport for a flight to Chiang Mai. Upon arrival at Chiang Mai airport, our guide and driver will pick you up. Then you visit:
Ancient city with ancient walls in Chiang Mai. The most beautiful temples are Wat Prah Singh, Wat Phan Tao and Wat Chedi Luang. Next, you experience riding a cyclo to visit the small streets and traditional houses. Then you visit the Great Market Warorot.
Afternoon: you visit Wat Phra That Doi Suthep – the most famous temple in Chiang Mai with a staircase of 290 steps representing two giant naga. From the Square, you will have a panoramic view of the Chiang Mai valley. Then, you visit handicraft villages such as: lacquer workshops, silk weaving, umbrella production, wood carving and goldsmithing…
You return to the hotel to rest. You overnight in the hotel in Chiang Mai.
DAY 5: THAI ELEPHANT HOME – ONE DAY RIDING (MEALS: B,L)
You enjoy breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, our tour guide picks you up to experience and visit. Before you go you will:
– Change clothes with coarse cloth
– Learn basic elephant control commands
– Pay your respects to the Elephant Buddha Ganesha.
– Learn how to feed elephants and how to get on and off
– Riding an elephant along the forest road
– Lunch in the forest
– Kiss elephants before playing with them.
– Go to the river to bathe the elephants.
Then you return to the hotel to rest. You stay overnight in Chiang Mai.
DAY 6: CHIANG MAI – CHIANG RAI – CHIANG MAI (MEALS: B)
You enjoy breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, you depart for Chiang Rai early in the morning. Along the way, you will be relaxing by the hot springs to forget all your fatigue.
Afterward, you pass through rice fields and tea hills and visit Karen Hilltribe village before visiting the Mae Sai border. This is the most important border market and also the easiest way to visit Myanmar (entry fee 500 THB).
Next, you stop to visit the Golden Triangle in Chiang Sean – where the border of Myanmar – Laos – Thailand is located. You take a boat to the Laos side and enjoy the poetic scenery on the top of the hill and see the splendor of the majestic Mekong River blending with the Ruak River.
Then you return to the hotel to rest. You stay overnight in Chiang Mai.
DAY 7: CHIANG MAI DEPARTURE (MEALS: B)
You enjoy breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, our driver picks you up at your hotel and departs for the airport for your flight home. End of services! See you again!
