ITINENARY
DAY 1: PHNOM PENH ARRIVAL (MEALS: NO)
Upon your arrival at the airport, our driver and tour guide pick you up and transfer you to the hotel in the city center. You stay overnight in the hotel in Phnom Penh.
DAY 2: PHNOM PENH – KILLING FIELD (MEALS: B,L)
You enjoy breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, our driver and guide will pick you up to visit:
Royal Palace: the residence of the Cambodian royal family and is also the place where royal ceremonies, diplomatic ceremonies, and receptions are taken place.
Silver Pagoda: is a temple that preserves Cambodia’s cultural treasures such as a 90kg gold Buddha statue encrusted with 2086 diamonds.
Afternoon: you continue to visit:
Tuol Sleng Museum: is the place where Pol Pot’s security forces used as a prison and detained more than 17,000 people who were later killed in Choeng Ek
You visit the “killing field” Cheng Ek – 15km south of Phnom Penh city center. About 17,000 people were killed including men, women, children and babies between 1975 and 1978 here.
Russian market (Toul Tumpong market): is a famous market that sells many products such as clothes, Buddha statues, wood carvings, betel boxes, silk, jewelry… You can buy some souvenirs for your friends and family at home.
You return to the hotel and rest. You stay overnight at a hotel in Phnom Penh.
DAY 3: PHNOM PENH – SIEM REAP (MEALS: B,L)
You enjoy breakfast at the hotel and then take a flight to Siem Reap. Upon your arrival at Siem Reap, you visit:
Ta Prohm – is one of the jungle-covered temples with stunning views. The temple is surrounded by huge fig trees and giant vines that create a poetic setting and transform the temple into impressive, creative architecture.
In the afternoon, you continue to visit Angkor Wat temple – an architectural work built in the 12th century on an area of about 210 hectares. You will stroll around this massive temple and visit many galleries with Columns, libraries, pavilions, courtyards and ponds. You will learn a lot of useful information about the history, culture, and architecture of this temple.
DAY 4: DISCOVER SIEM REAP TEMPLES (MEALS: B,L)
You enjoy breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, you continue to visit the Banteay Srei temple – a beautifully carved temple with unique architecture. You will learn a lot of useful information about history and culture at this temple.
You continue to visit the Banteay Samre temple in Preah Dark village. This temple is decorated with beautiful reliefs depicting scenes of Vishnu as well as Krishna legends.
Then, you visit the South Gate of Angkor Thom – this place is famous for its giant faces carved in stone. You visit the Bayon Temple – a beautiful temple with a unique architectural style, you visit the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terrace, the Terrace of the Leper King.
DAY 5: SIEM REAP – TONLE SAP LAKE – DEPARTURE (MEALS: B,L)
You enjoy breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, you go to visit Choueng Kneas floating village in Tonle Sap Lake. You board the boat and visit, learn about the lives of local people with schools, restaurants, and hospitals. You will have many very interesting experiences here.
You have lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, our driver and guide will pick you up and transfers you to Siem Reap airport. End of services! See you again.
